Team OXO pitched us to build a Go kart track and paint ball area in Ramnagar as there was none in the area. They helped us plan the details of capital and operations cost, return on Investment and marketing bit as well. Rakesh and team from OXO are good folks. Our resort now has the best adventure setup in Mizoram, thanks to them. The 800 meter zipline has become a tourist attraction within 2 months of being operational.
